To reach the foothills of the Himalayas, where we will start our trip into the Khumbu region, we take a flight to Lukla. Phortse is a significant landmark on the Ama Dablam Expedition. It is famous for the Khumbu Climbing Centre (KCC), which was launched in 2003. Its mission is to increase the safety margin of Nepali climbers and high altitude workers. This is an ancient and culturally important Monastery. Early in the morning, we started Trekking from Namche Bazaar to Phortse. It is also a popular route in the Everest region of Nepal. The trek offers breathtaking views of the Himalayas. Leaving Namche Bazaar, you'll trek uphill towards the Mongla Danda before following the trail to reach Phortsee. The trail goes through downwards before reaching Phortse Thanga, a small village located at the bottom of a steep hill on the bank of the river. We will do proper acclimatization, climbing couple of time camp 1, camp 2 etc. after prepare, check good weather condition for summit Ama Dablam and go for achieve the final goal to Summit Himlung 6814m, with stunning views of Everest, Lhotse, Cho Oyu, Makalu & Panoramic Himalayan Ranges. We will spend short quality time at the summit and descend following the same route back to base camp.
After summitng the Beautiful Amadablam we will follow the same route to the Namche Bazar. Amadablam basecamp to Pangboche trail goes to steep down and after crossing a Sunkoshi River we will reach the pangpoche. It is a small stallement of sherpa peoples. There we can see many tea houses, and architect monastery as well. After Pangpboche trail again goes to down wards around half hour, again cross Sunkoshi River bridge, trail lead to climb up to Tengboche, which passes through by Debuche. Tengboche is is very well know place in Khumbu Valley. It is known for being a big and old monastery in Khumu valley. Most of the trekkers visit this monastery during their expedition and trek to Everest Base camp. We will explore monastery sometime after that will again follow the trail which goes steep descend to phunki thanka and 3rd time crossing Sunkoshi River trail goes short steep ascent and after that trail gently goes flat till Namche bazar.

On the camping site and throughout the climbing period, our team will set up tents, and our climbing guide will oversee all accommodations. However, as per our company policy, there will be an additional fee for a single supplement if someone wants a single room and tent.
Food:
During your stay in Kathmandu, you will get breakfast at a cost; lunch and dinner must be covered on your own. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, and tea or coffee are included for the duration of the tour after Kathmandu. If you inform us in advance that you are vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, or lactose-free, we can accommodate your needs.
Guides and Porters:
A government-licensed Mountain guide/Trekking Guide will lead the trekking trail, and the climbing period will be led by a mountain guide. All our guides have experience on the trails and are passionate about the tourism industry. Our guides and porters are dedicated to making your experience of trekking in Nepal memorable. If there’s any worry during your trek, our guides will address it. Your safety is our number one priority. For groups of more than four people, there will be one guide and another assistant guide, depending on the size of the group during a trekking period. There will be 1 guide for every 2 climbers in a climbing period. There will be one porter for every two trekkers to carry their luggage during the trek. For the camping crew, we’ll need more porters to hold the food, kitchen equipment, tents, etc.
Fitness:
Ama Dablam Peak is 6414m above sea level; if you are planning to climb Ama Dablam, you should be fit physically and mentally. We would like to recommend starting fitness before 3 months of the expedition to be fit for Ama Dablam Expedition. Some tips for fitness include taking a morning walk or running every day for at least one hour, hiking a day a week, and climbing indoors or outdoors frequently. We do not recommend gym exercises for climbing fitness.
Acclimatization/Experience:
Ama Dablam Expedition leads us high into the Himalayas in Khumbu region; it is necessary to let our bodies sufficiently get used to the altitude. Our trip has acclimatization days built into the itinerary. It is best to take it slowly to prevent altitude sickness. On average, expect to walk an average of 5 to 6 hours per day while on the trek.
Travel Insurance:
We strongly recommend having travel insurance before going on the Ama Dablam Expedition. We do our best to take care of you, but if something happen that is out of our control, In case of a medical emergency leading to a helicopter evacuation, it is best to have insurance. Be sure that your insurance covers accidents abroad and high in the mountains. We will get our porter, staff, and mountain guide accident and rescue insurance from our company.
As long as the change is submitted at least 60 days before the commencement of the tour, climbing Himalaya will let you adjust the dates of your trip.
